June 27th, 2007
What is the key to successful presentation? Even after all these years in business we still feel this ridiculous subconscious fear of public speaking. Repeating and rehearsing your presentation beforehand is the only way to develop self-confidence. ‘But time!’ one can say. ‘I never have as much time as I want. If only I can revise it on the go on my iPhone!’

Now you can! This article aims to show you an easy way to convert a PowerPoint presentation to video and get it on iPhone, iPod, Pocket PC or another portable device or mobile phone and rehearse it on the go with MP4 support.
Just follow these easy instructions and you’ll be watching your own video in no time.
Step 1: Getting Started
You will need a PPTmovie software to convert your presentation to video.
If you don’t have it, get PPTmovie today.
Download and run the installer and follow the typical instructions on the screen.
After the installation is completed you will find PPTmovie folder in your Windows Start menu.

Browse a presentation file you’d like to convert and the destination folder where you want to store an output video file.

Press the “Next” button.

Step 3: Video Settings
Choose a video format MP4 and frame rate for the output file.

Tip: A video format rate affects the quality of your video. The higher the rate the better the quality but also the large the file. It’s always a compromise between the volume and the quality.
As you have done press the “Next” button.

Step 4: Audio Settings
Tick the “Record sound” box in the audio settings page to enable sound recording in your presentation.

Please keep in mind that to record and hear sound or comments, you need a sound card, a microphone, and speakers.

Press the “Next” button.
